The area of project was identified to determine whether our Hospital MI Patients door to balloon time is within 90 minutes as American Heart Association guidelines and if its above 90 minutes, its association with adverse outcome like mortality in a tertiary care hospital .Project charter was designed by Director-Medical Administration to plan it in two phases, pre and post implementation of STEMI code with division of project at various levels at emergency department, cathlab and performance from clinicians.
