Reduction In TAT For Preventive Health Check Up (PHP) Test

The project states that PHP utilization was very low as we were only doing 17 tests per day against the capacity of 40-45 test per day due to high turnaround time of 5.5 hours per customer. The goal was to process 90% of the cases within 3.5 hrs.
