I enjoyed listening to Dr Suresh Lulla on the topic of how to bring health to bottom line of the Organisation's P&L. Job of the Manager to solve chronic problems which will easily contribute to the bottom line without much infuse of fresh investments. Very well explained with real examples as how to deal with COPQ to bring it on to the surface for discussion and have to be factored in the annual planning processes rather than legitimizing the cost. The culture of constant driving CQI will bring in break-through ideas which is essential for existence or growth of the any organisation.

One small observation in the slides " Freedom from Deficiency" wherein Customer experiences.... to be read as ' Enhanced satisfaction' instead 'reduced'
