Suresh Lulla has designed revolutionary seminars for Process Excellence and Performance Excellence using his wealth of consulting experience since 1972, using Quality Fables.
Lessons are learned from stories and factored into management principles. Currently we have a bank of 50 Quality Fables. The seminars are therefore also highly customizable, and typically cover six Quality Fables per day.
