This certification is designed for individuals who are involved in quality improvement projects and require a basic knowledge of quality tools but are not necessarily employed in a traditional quality area.
Eligibility:
To be eligible, candidates should have one year of work experience in one or more areas of the CQIA Body of Knowledge.
This certification is NOT a requirement for Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.

Pre-work:
Minimum 100 hours of self-directed learning over 6-8 weeks using QCI's Primer & Solution Text.
Examination:
3-hour open-book exam of 100 multiple-choice questions.
Exam Locations:
Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, New Delhi, and Chandigarh.

Registration Validity:
12 months from date of registration.
