This certification is designed for those who understand quality principles and standards in relation to organization and human resource management.
Eligibility:
To be eligible the candidate requires 10 years of on-the-job experience in one or more of the areas of the CMQ/OE Body of Knowledge. A minimum of 5 years of this experience must be in a decision-making position.

Pre-work:
Minimum 120 hours of self-directed learning over 6-8 weeks using QCI's Primer & Solution Text.
Examination:
4-hour 2-part Exam
Part 1: Closed Book. Respond to 2 of 3 essay questions in 45 minutes
Part 2: Open Book. Respond to 150 multiple-choice questions in 3 hours 15 minutes.
Exam Locations:
Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, New Delhi, and Chandigarh.

Registration Validity:
12 months from date of registration.
