Process
Qimpro follows a stringent process to determine the quality of candidates. Our process includes:
Understanding the client organization business, and structure
Understanding the client requirement for the vacant position(s)
Mining our executive database
Design of a web-announcement or media advertisement (if required) for the position(s)
Screening applications received
Tele-interviewing the candidates
Shortlisting candidates for the client
Forwarding the resume and the assessment sheet for each shortlisted candidate
Thoroughly checking references
Providing status feedback to the client organization.
Qimpro’s Service Guarantee
Qimpro will refer only those candidates to a client, who have been tele-interviewed by a director or manager or consultant.
Qimpro will not forward a resume to a client without first discussing the relevant position with the candidate.
Qimpro will thoroughly evaluate all candidates where applicable, and provide an assessment sheet on each forwarded candidate.
Qimpro will endeavor to ensure that all candidates are reference checked or, where inappropriate, to so advice the client.
Qimpro will not charge a fee of any kind to any candidate.
