This is my second e-learning course from Qimpro with the first one being Problem Solving Pro. Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Best part of the course was listening to the Quality Fables narrated by Mr. Suresh Lulla, Understanding the lessons learned from it & how they are related to the Performance Excellence Criteria. Introduction module to the Performance Excellence Criteria was also insightful that set context for rest of the modules to follow. The fact that all the course modules were presented in animation form made them visually appealing and something different to look forward to as a way of learning. By doing this course, it has made me gain a better appreciation of the Performance Excellence Criteria and has also made me a fan of The Quality Fables and the art of storytelling. I wish to now read all the 100 Quality Fables written by Mr. Suresh Lulla. Thanks for this excellent course and look forward to pursuing many other such offerings from Qimpro.
