	Developing and Implementing Leadership Systems: Practicing Managers’ Views
	The inaugural Qimpro BestPrax Roundtable assembled at the Taj President on 12 April, 2005 to discuss the strategies, implementation techniques and experiences on the theme of the event: "Developing and Implementing Leadership Systems: Practicing Managers' Views". The invitees were senior leaders and came from diverse sectors including hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, finance and insurance.
